jocut уменьшает изображение ??? !!!

Елки палки, луди добрыи памажите чем можете, ПЛОТТЕР PUMA II 132,   у него программа jocut,  заметил только сегодня,  50 см резки в 11 кореле, при конвертации он режет на 1 см меньше, т.е. 1 метр резки уменьшает на два сантиметра.  как это победить? сегодня показали три метра полуметровых  полосочек фактической длинной 49 см. , пришлось перерезать с учетом этого косяка и возвращать пленку + возмешать клиенту денег на такси ( чтобы его не потерять, клиент хароший),  
как эту вредную программу победить и в чем тут может быть косяк ?
